If you purchased your piece of Golden Feel on Amazon.com, this platform and its wonderful team of employees will take care of all the delivery logistics for your package and send you important messages about your purchase.

2.- In-stock orders usually ship within 1-2 business days, the usual time to complete an order with love and care.

We measure the length of the chain from the one end to the second end, inclusive of the strip of chain, jump rings, end caps and/or clasp, depending on the chain model.

What length of the chain is better?
It depends on your preference. For instance, we think 16-inch chains may be most appropriate for teens, petite people, or anyone who wants a short chain; 18-inch chains usually fit most women well; 20-inch chains may be appropriate for women who want a medium size chain or men who prefer a shorter chain; and 22-inch chains for women who want a long chain, and fit most men well.

What is the diameter of the jump rings, end caps, and clasp?
It depends on the chain design; usually they are a little wider than the diameter of the chain.

Do the chain lengths and chain widths have the exact measurements described on your site?
Not necessarily. Each chain is made in part with human labor, and for that reason is difficult to give a perfect and exact measurement. In relation to length, for instance, a named 18-inch chain could measure up to a fourth of an inch more or less, and still could be named an 18-inch chain. In relation to width, for instance, some named 4 mm Chains are exactly 4.1 mm or 3.9 mm, but they still could be named 4 mm.

What is the jewelry made of?
Our beautiful pieces are real 24 karat gold plated over a core of solid good quality 925 Sterling Silver. Our 925 Sterling Silver core is solid and real, the 24K Gold that we use for plating is real, and you have a real jewelry which you can wear for a long time just by following simple care recommendations. Our pieces are nickel free. Our commitment is to never sell low quality pieces that can unnecessarily contaminate our planet by being quickly disposed of as trash.

Why 24K Gold instead of 18K or 14K?
24K Gold is the purest gold available to sell in the jewelry market, with an extraordinary shine and intense yellow color. Less pure Gold (18K, 14K, 10K) have common alloys with other metals. 24K Gold looks wonderful in layers over stronger metals such as 925 Sterling Silver. We also selected it because we believe that it is the best Gold to touch your skin and that of your loved ones.

Are the golden pieces made of real and solid gold?
The golden pieces are made with real 24-karat gold plated or layered over a stronger core of real solid 925 Sterling Silver. It is not solid gold, mainly because 24-karat pure gold is expensive, it is flimsy to make solid jewelry, and it could have a bigger impact on the planet.

How much gold is on the piece?
We are proud to put more layers and microns of real 24K Gold over our solid 925 Sterling Silver core than the minimum standard plate or electroplate in the U.S., for a most beautiful piece and longer lasting use.

What happens if my piece of jewelry breaks?
If the piece breaks for any reason and it is possible to repair it, you can take the piece to your trusted jeweler or ship it to us and we will repair it FOR FREE; you will only pay for shipping. If it is not possible to repair it, we will offer you a 40% discount of the current price of a new jewelry piece (sale items excluded, other restrictions and conditions may apply). How do I clean and take care of my piece of jewelry?
We recommend that the jewelry piece be not exposed to hard water, chlorine, salt, perfume, cologne, soap, hair or body sprays and lotions. We also recommend removing it before going to sleep, exercising, showering, and swimming to extend the life of your piece as long as possible. Consider cleaning your jewelry piece with a jewelry soft cloth without chemicals, gently rubbing the surface to remove any dirt. Store it in a jewelry velvet bag. For an additional protection use an anti-tarnish paper and an anti-tarnish zip-lock bag.

What do I do if my piece tarnishes?
Many factors determine the speed of tarnish. For instance, how you clean, store and care for the piece are important variables. In addition, where you live, your daily activities and routines, your body chemistry, and any products you frequently use are a factor that may affect tarnishing, because metals such as 925 Sterling Silver could react with sweat, hard water, chlorine, salt, soap, perfume, seawater, cologne, hair and body sprays and lotions. Wearing the piece of jewelry while doing certain activities (exercising, showering, and swimming, for example) can accelerate the tarnish. Remember to place the piece into an anti-tarnish zip-lock bag with an anti-tarnish paper, then in a velvet bag preferably in a dry and dark place. I have sensitive skin. Could the piece give rashes or turn the neck green?
We take precaution to ensure you receive a good quality piece made with great materials. Good quality 925 Sterling Silver and 24 Karat Gold generally do not cause reactions even in people with very sensitive skin. To ensure the core is real, strong and solid, the Golden Feel pieces have a first and most important stamp inscribed: “925” which interprets or translates into: “925 Sterling Silver”. Some golden pieces have an authenticity tag inscribed: “GF24KGL” which interprets or translates into: “Golden Feel 24 Karat Gold Layered”

Does the color of the real 24K Gold Plated jewelry match that of other solid gold jewelry?
Even among the most expensive fine solid gold pieces of jewelry there are differences of colors and shines due to the large number and variety of metals that can be used to alloy and convert pure gold into 24K, 18K, 14K or other types. In short, it's impossible to ensure a perfect match of 24K gold plated jewelry; however, our pieces usually match well with other jewelry.

Where is the jewelry made?
For the majority of our pieces we get our components mainly from Europe and overseas, then these are made or assembled in US, or Europe, depending on the design, but always every single piece goes through a dedicated and special quality control check in California, where it is packaged with love.
